Scheduled Outbound Call Center meetings provide optimum flexibility to both the employee and employer allowing employees to schedule their call before, during or after work hours.

Enrollment Meetings can be easily scheduled through our online enrollment technology along with text and/or email reminders prior to the meeting to ensure maximum connection rates.

Enrollments can be conducted by a Benefits Counselor via Call Center, screen sharing and video conferencing or on site.

Empower with Benefits Administration Solutions

Many employers are still processing their open enrollment or new hire transactions on paper. Many more have benefits technology that they either don’t like or are not using to its full potential due to poor implementation or training. Paper enrollments and poorly implemented technology create a myriad of challenges including incomplete information, missing paperwork, HIPAA compliance issues, data-entry errors and length of time to compile and process all the information. These issues do not even account for the extreme burden placed on a company’s HR staff. We eliminate these challenges by either introducing new technology or assisting an employer in maximizing their ROI on their existing system(s).

Benefits Education Solutions

Research shows that employees who understand their benefits appreciate their benefits. The keys are communication and education, and both are at the core of how we operate. We educate employees 1-to-1, in person, virtually or via call center, to optimize decision making and use state of the art technology to capture enrollment information that can be transmitted to carriers, payroll systems, plan admins and their broker partners. Combined with our Five-Year Enrollment Strategy you have a complete enrollment solution designed for the long haul.

Year 1 – Active Enrollment: We’re With You

The initial enrollment that includes a new Benefits Administration System, is so vitally important. During this critical decision-making process, a deeply knowledgeable Benefits Counselor will be available onsite, virtually, or via call center to train the employee on the new technology and assist the employee with their initial login, record their credentials, verify employee and dependent information and review benefit details, options, and elections. This initial process is highly individualized to ensure that every employee has a sound understanding of his or her benefit choices. Upon completion of this initial enrollment, each employee will also have been trained to utilize the system to access and review their elections or update any information throughout the year.

Year 2-5 : Onsite Workstations : Efficiency in Action

Choose one additional year for Rogle Enrollment Partners to assist with an Active Enrollment as in year one. For the other three years, we will work with the client to set up onsite self-enrollment stations that help employees who are simply renewing their coverage, quickly and efficiently complete the process. A Benefits Counselor is available onsite, virtually, or via call center to assist any employee who requires assistance with login, making changes to their elections, or simply have questions.

Powered by Supplemental Benefits

Supplemental Benefits, also known as Essential, Flexible, Ancillary, Voluntary, or Worksite Benefits, have become a funding vehicle for employers, in need of enrollment technology systems and services. We accomplish this through our strategic carrier partners who help fund these costs through technology subsidies or commission revenue that is commonly available.
These benefits have become an increasingly important aspect of employee benefits programs as medical costs have increased and employers have been forced to shift risk to employees. We help employers provide stability and peace of mind by enhancing their offerings while protecting the budgets of their employees should the unexpected happen.
There are more carriers, products, and options than ever before, which is why it is vitally important to have a partner that can successfully navigate the marketplace and just as importantly, implement the enrollment strategy.

Employees who can’t work because they’re sick or hurt may have a tough time paying for everyday living expenses. With disability insurance, you can offer financial protection tailored to meet each of your employee’s unique needs.

With health care costs rising, it’s important to do everything you can to help your employees prepare for life’s sudden turns. Our accident insurance can help offset the unexpected medical expenses that can result from a fracture, dislocation or other covered accidental injury.

Critical illness insurance complements major medical coverage by providing a lump-sum benefit that can be used to pay for the direct and indirect costs related to a covered critical illness such as a heart attack or stroke.

In addition to rising treatment costs, there can be other expenses to consider when a family member is dealing with cancer. Cancer insurance helps offset the out-of-pocket medical expenses and indirect, non-medical costs related to cancer that most medical plans don’t cover. Benefits are available from initial diagnosis through recovery.

Hospital confinement indemnity insurance provides a lump-sum benefit for a covered hospital confinement or outpatient surgery to help offset the gaps that aren’t covered by most major medical plans. This type of coverage can provide employees with a soft landing if you need to move to a major medical plan that has higher out-of-pocket costs.
